1. "All Roads Lead To Joliette"
We were lost in some backroads on our way to Joliette, looking for a way to get into town, when we stumbled across this sign. We couldn't go wrong.

2. "A Lot"
This sign says A LOT.

1. “F E A R” came about from noticing the bombardment of advertising and the negative impact it has on society. It offers nothing substantial for us to think about then to feed our delusions and It dictates to us what, where, how we should be and what we need to acquire. The fear of “not” is the false evidence that appears real.

One of my first subjects for Precious Objects was a woman who held the "perfume bottle from her first romance". I had the idea that I would combine the images of people holding their object and their written description with photographs I made in stores of consumer versions of the same objects. While that was fun, it was pretty stupid when people started showing up their inmate card from prison, for example.
